Eilidh graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic excelling in her academic and practical application of skills during her studies.
Eilidh has had interest in sports and sports chiropractic since she was a child due to being very active and needing treatment herself. She has extensive treatment experience in football, rugby, netball and hockey to name but a few and has worked with top level athlete’s both male and female meaning she is a fantastic choice for any sports injuries.
Originally from Scotland with a short stay in Ireland and eventually settling in Wales Eilidh is a real people person. Her main study focus over the recent years has been postural and overuse injuries and chronic pain, so she is very knowledgeable in all areas of routine neck and back pain and has vast experience in helping her patients recover from day to day and posture related complaints.
Eilidh is fully qualified in the application of Spinal manipulation, extremity manipulation, mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, rehabilitation and much more
